Essential Job Duties:
Edits for clarity, consistency, and formatting in compliance with the accepted Style Guide.
Creates course shells in the LMS for developments, revisions, and updates in accordance with universal design standards.
Independently manages the curriculum feedback ticketing system and, at his/her discretion, determines the appropriate steps necessary for resolution.
Consults on the capabilities of the LMS and other technical platforms during course development process.
Additional Job Duties:
Collaborates with Faculty, Instructional Designers, and Edtechs on non-standard builds.
Responds to requests for training and consultation on the LMS.
Additional projects and duties as assigned.
Three or more years of experience in education or other related professional setting.
Independent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
Experience with the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Dreamweaver) and/or Learning Management System administration.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills; ability to demonstrate tact and diplomacy in all communications.
Ability to prioritize, schedule, and meet deadlines.
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Degree or certification in educational technology, instructional design, or other related field.
Experience in editing/proofreading in a professional or academic setting.
