This position is a full-time hybrid remote/in-office employment opportunity, located in Chandler, Arizona . As a Display Analyst, you will be part of an energetic and innovative company changing the way we educate, where roles and responsibilities evolve as we grow, and we learn from our students and the marketplace. The most critical responsibility is to expect and embrace change. The objectives of this role are to promote brand awareness and drive new student acquisition.
The Display Analyst will work within the Paid Media Team to support marketing initiatives for Zovio Education such as Display, Native, Video, CTV/Audio, and Affiliate Marketing strategies. They will manage and report on efforts across multiple platforms and providers within the parameters set forth by the Senior Manager of Display Advertising. The Display Analyst will help develop and execute digital marketing strategies and act as the subject matter expert when needed with clients, vendors and Zovio departments.
This individual will bring a strong knowledge of digital marketing to support team objectives of driving traffic and sales while enhancing the customer and brand experience. The position enables the individual to work within multiple digital marketing channels and has ample opportunity for growth and professional development.
Essential Job Duties:
Assist with the planning and execution of highly targeted Display, Native, Video, CTV/Audio, and Partner Display (affiliate clicks) campaigns
Monitor campaigns on a regular basis and make pacing and performance optimizations as needed to stay within set monthly budgets
Provide reporting, analysis, and optimization strategy recommendations for internal stakeholders and external vendors/clients
Provide creative performance insights to help guide future iterations of display ads
Aid in managing and maintaining audience segments (remarketing/nurturing audiences, first-party data sources, etc.)
Contribute to weekly and monthly reporting meetings and be ready to speak to performance as needed
Assist in evaluation of potential new platforms/partners
Additional Job Duties (include but are not limited to):
Stay current on industry trends and new platform features to identify opportunities for growth and mitigate potential risks
Collaborate with other team members to learn new insights, discuss ad test results, what is/is not working, etc.
Evaluate landing page performance, making recommendations for content improvement to increase conversion rate
Continue to acquire foundational knowledge and understand best practices in digital marketing, expanding your skillset
Participate in strategy meetings and offer insights into ways to help improve display efficiency
1 year hands-on experience managing display/video campaigns in an agency setting or as part of an internal team
Comfortable using various media-buying platforms including Google Ads
Experience using Google Analytics and the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data
Strong time management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Fluent in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Google Ads Display Certification
Agency and/or higher education vertical experience
Understanding of the digital customer journey and familiarity with multi-touch attribution
Google Analytics certification
Experience with third-party ad servers a plus
Affiliate marketing experience a plus
Social media marketing experience a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
