Job Description:

Position Summary:

The Financial Analyst III position is a full-time employment opportunity. The Financial Analyst III position is a full-time employment opportunity. Reporting to the AVP of Financial Planning, the Financial Analyst III Financial Planning position will help shape the corporate annual budget process, the quarterly forecasting process, and perform monthly and quarterly variance analyses and reporting in support of achieving business objectives.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Schedule, coordinate, consolidate, analyze & present financial forecasts across all departments and operations

  • Develop management reporting & auditing tools in support of financial forecasts

  • Manage, automate, and forecast allocations

  • Oversee headcount forecasting and reporting

  • Additional Job Duties (include but are not limited to):

  • Develop & present monthly / quarterly variance reporting & analyses

  • Identify forecast issues & partner with business owners to drive resolution

  • Prepare complex financial models & reports in a timely and accurate manner

  • Provide ad-hoc support to department leaders in all financial matters

  • Mentor Financial Planning team members

Minimum Requirements:

  • 4 to 7 years of experience in Finance or Accounting related position; at least 3 years in Financial Planning role " Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work in cross-functionally in a matrix environment

  • Advanced Excel skills & Hyperion Planning knowledge is required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Enterprise-wide Financial Planning experience deep understanding of processes & steps needed to successfully complete forecasting cycle

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines

  • Hyperion knowledge a strong plus

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field; Master's Degree or CPA a plus
