Essential Job Duties:
Provide training, coaching, regular feedback, and guidance to a team of inside representatives.
Work closely with the Division Vice President to ensure the goals and objectives are clearly communicated to the team.
Monitor and track daily and weekly team activity and provide reports and trending data.
Lead by example to help team achieve performance objectives and establish best practices.
Independently conduct performance evaluations, including communication with subordinates.
Contact prospective clients and key points-of-contact by telephone, email, and social media.
Work closely with Corporate Alliance Executives to transfer all new prospective clients in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain a comprehensive database of prospective partners in various stages of development.
Vet database of cold prospects to generate renewed interest.
Identify prospects that fit the ideal target market for educational benefits and corporate education tuition assistance.
Use the consultative sales approach to discuss solutions that Zovio can offer to prospective clients.
Report weekly performance goals and objectives to leadership team.
Attend weekly department and team meetings.
Work collaboratively with Corporate Alliance Executives and other managers to stay up to date with best practices and updates related to industry and company-specific events and news.

Outstanding interpersonal, organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple requests, assess priorities, and achieve solutions under deadlines
Strong business acumen; the ability to recognize marketing and business development opportunities and to pursue them strategically
Ability to quickly assess information, anticipate issues and outcomes, and make effective decisions
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills
Detail-oriented and excellent follow through
Proven results in business outreach efforts preferably with large organizations
Proven track record of producing measurable value to their department
Leadership or supervisory experience.
Both a self-starter and a team-player, able to perform in a fast-paced environment
High degree of self-determination and motivation, with driving sense of responsibility, accountability, preparation, responsiveness and service
Must be able to multi-task and meet weekly deadlines
Must have a valid driver's license applicable to the state in which position is located
PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills required; SalesForce is preferred
Strong commitment to quality and accuracy
Experience in higher education market and industry preferred
Business development and/or sales experience of non-tangible or service oriented items preferred.
- Associate degree required from a regionally or approved nationally accredited university. All candidates must provide proof of official transcripts upon request.
