Job Description:

Essential Job Duties:

  • Review and process all initial enrollment documents, specifically required for students to enroll in corporate grant programs; annual renewal documents, required for students to remain eligible for corporate grant programs; all course-by-course proof of funding documents.

  • Manage student populations through appropriate document and student group controls.

  • Set and comply with Service Level Agreements for document processing completion timelines.

  • Maintain SOX compliance by ensuring all document-related controls are in place and effective.

  • Adhere to all FERPA guidelines and other governing regulations related to student and consumer privacy and security.

Additional Job Duties (include but are not limited to):

  • Monitor student document completion, alert partner-staff groups when student intervention is needed.

  • Track and perform initial review of applications and/or documents required for Education Partnerships department and team members to perform business functions nation-wide.

  • Special projects as assigned by the Document Review Manager, Operations Manager, or Sr Director of ZES Operations & Product Development.

  • Prepare reports and presentations using PowerPoint, Excel, or other programs.

  • Act as a successful team member by being receptive to feedback/coaching, follow standard operating procedures, display reliability and have a willingness to develop and consistently improve.

  • Be an active member of a cross-departmental team that must be highly adaptive to unique circumstances of individual partners and dedicated to continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), ability to research, follow up and resolve sensitive issues

  • Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing exceptional customer service

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • 1-2 years’ experience in an office environment

  • Ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous projects and tasks, ensuring deadlines and quality thresholds are met

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One (1) year experience in education or finance highly preferred

  • One (1) year experience working with corporate partners highly preferred

  • Experience with CampusVue

  • Familiarity with CampusVue reporting

  • Experience with SharePoint (prefer O365, 2007/2010 acceptable)


  • 30 credits or more required

  • Associate’s degree preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
