Generate base-case and scenario analyses to support decision making
Working with key business stakeholders to develop monthly operations plans
Collaborates with executives and managers to develop budgets and forecasts
Comparing actuals to forecasts to monitor performance and improve future projects
Analyze and synthesize research findings into key insights for stakeholders and executives
Identify and monitor KPI’s and leading indicators in order to make recommendations to improve performance
Collaborate/perform UAT testing
Analyze data using standard statistical methods, interpreting results, and providing written summary of data analysis
Proven ability to complete root cause analysis to explain performance trends and effectively communicate insights
Conduct detailed data analysis on data used across business units to evaluate business processes and improve on/create new feature
Oversee Data Modeling primarily for planning and budgeting
Expert in Excel
Familiarity with PowerPoint
Prior experience with financial modeling
Comfortable working closely with senior leadership and executives
Able to meet and coordinate with mid-level managers to develop the month operations plan
Familiar with call center operations
SQL Server experience a plus
Highly analytical and creative thinker
Expert understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives
Possess superior communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management
Advanced in the use of Excel and Power Pivot
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree or related certifications preferred)
